Yes, You Can Break A Dress! Through the Looking Glass.

Vases at Blue Porcelain China through the looking glass
Every once in a while, you see something you’ve never seen before. If you like surprises, then you must see the current exhibition ‘China: Through The Looking Glass’ at the Metropolitan Museum of Art. One of the museum’s largest exhibits ever, it spans three floors and thousands of years, with the intent to show how Chinese culture has influenced Western fashion. Reflections and light cast shadows and fill the rooms with sensuality. On display are ancient and current designs, gowns and porcelain, ornate snuff & perfume bottles (go close and you can still smell their scents) and weaponry. One viewer remarked, “it’s endless, one surprise after another!”
