Rita Moreno Honored at the 2014 SAG – AFTRA Awards

Rita Moreno was honored with a Lifetime Achievement Award at the 2014 SAG Awards tonight. Originally described as a "Spanish Elizabeth Taylor" she changed her name from Rosita Delores Alverio.  Originally from Puerto Rico, she is the only Hispanic to win an Emmy, Tony, Grammy and Oscar award.  Now, 82 years young, her career is truly legendary. Mole!

It's winter and mole can certainly warm you up. One of my personal favorites is the prepared mole from Mayordomo from Oaxaca Mexico. Mole comes in several varieties, the most common are yellow (amarillo), black (negro) and red (rojo).
